Reservation policy at West Hotel

West hotel offers several payment methods for a guaranteed reservation:

1. Online booking

  • Checking the availability of rooms;
  • Room selection, with or without breakfast;
  • Payment by credit card.

2. With no prepayment – cash payment upon arrival (this option might not be available during a busy time)

  • Please call the reception desk: +7 (48535) 34378 or +7 (915) 965-8066;
  • Check in before 6 pm;
  • Payment for the room at the hotel;
  • If you arrive after 6 pm, please call;
  • If you do not give us a heads up about your late arrival, your reservation will be cancelled.

5. Cancellation policy

We reserve the right to withhold a non-refundable amount from your prepaid sum as follows:

  • 25% – if the booking is cancelled no later than 48 hours before your arrival date;
  • 50% – if the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before your arrival date;
  • 100% – if the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the arrival date;
  • Money will be sent back to the credit card within 2 weeks from the room cancellation date but no later than within 1 month.

6. Departure hour

  • The hour of departure from the hotel – 12 pm;
  • А per hour charge will be applied if the guest continues to stay after 12 pm;
  • Check-in – after 2 pm.

7. Room replacement

The hotel reserves the right by way of exception to offer the client a different room of the same category and quality or higher at the same price.
