West hotel offers several payment methods for a guaranteed reservation:
- Checking the availability of rooms;
- Room selection, with or without breakfast;
- Payment by credit card.
2. With no prepayment – cash payment upon arrival (this option might not be available during a busy time)

- Check in before 6 pm;
- Payment for the room at the hotel;
- If you arrive after 6 pm, please call;
- If you do not give us a heads up about your late arrival, your reservation will be cancelled.
3. Wire prepayment for companies
- Please pay for your stay in advance by wire transfer;
- After services are rendered you will receive document originals (receipts, invoices) by mail sent to your company address;
- Download Maloe, LLC banking details for wire trasnfer.
4. Wire prepayment for individuals
- Please pay for your stay from your bank account or by money order at any bank;
- Download payment order to Maloe, LLC.
5. Cancellation policy
We reserve the right to withhold a non-refundable amount from your prepaid sum as follows:
- 25% – if the booking is cancelled no later than 48 hours before your arrival date;
- 50% – if the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before your arrival date;
- 100% – if the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the arrival date;
- Money will be sent back to the credit card within 2 weeks from the room cancellation date but no later than within 1 month.
6. Departure hour
- The hour of departure from the hotel – 12 pm;
- А per hour charge will be applied if the guest continues to stay after 12 pm;
- Check-in – after 2 pm.
7. Room replacement
The hotel reserves the right by way of exception to offer the client a different room of the same category and quality or higher at the same price.
